My twins fit on it until they were 9 months and I could even eat while nursing because my hands were free. I bought this for a friend because I loved it so much...a must have!!! I do not have to worry about exposure to an chemicals or off-gasses which may effect my sons. I find this pillow such a must have with twins. It makes feeding so easy. It was hard before gettingthe right position for both of them at the same time. The added pillow with back support helps after a long day. The height of the pillow works great so I am not slumped over while feeding.The privacy cover is great when we are out as a family and it is time to feed. A must have! Perfect size very comfy. Don't use the little back pillow that's included. Only thing I don't like is if the babies spit up and the milk leaks through the fabric cover, there is only the poly-fill core underneath.
