I make cupcakes with it for my kids so they can have a treat at their friends' birthday parties. I've also made these for my kid's birthdays to take to class, and all the children were saying they were better then their Mom's cupcakes...teeheehee! They are so moist and rich. I make a few alterations though. Instead of the whole eggs, I use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites. My gluten eating husband and friends ask for them all the time! |
