I use this granola as a treat on my low carb diet since it does have a fair amount of carbs, but they are mostly the "good carbs". It is just sweet enough to satisfy the sweet craving, and not too sweet. The granola has a good cocoa flavour and is very filling - you don't feel hungry 30 minutes later. I love that it does not get too soggy too fast and yet it is not like eating rocks. I originally purchased Lizi's at a local grocery store, but now they don't carry it. I was extremely happy to see that I could stock up with a 6-pack for far less than I would have paid for individual packages at any store or directly from Lizi's website.
