As long as you don't overcook them and use jumbo eggs (you need a higher egg amount so jumbo eggs work perfectly), they come out moist and light. I really don't like sweet chocolate or milk chocolate so much (is also a dark chocolate girl as the other reviewer said as well) but with some extra cocoa powder these muffins are fantastic. It's good but Ghirardelli was the best.
